Features
Each operation in the workflow is connected with a data source native or integrated with Narratio. This is a way to create a link between an operation an item from the inventory or a document (e.g., a drawing or a procedure).
Inventory
This lightweight inventory allows for tracking of materials across operations. Cutting, mixing, assembling, shipping, packing affect the content of the inventory. Narratio automatically updates the inventory (e.g. quantity, mass, location) based on the workflow inputs, giving you an up-to-date state of the inventory as your workflows advances through production.
Document Repository
Narratio can hold design documents, so that communicating the latest drawings or documents to an operation is easily document. Specific instructions, drawings, or plans can be stored in the repository so that you can simply point to the correct revision in an operation. These documents are presented to the operator avoiding any risk of using a wrong document.
Dashboard
The dashboard helps visualize the progress of the workflows in-production using colour codes to help identify bottlenecks. You can easily adjust which workflow should be prioritized. Prioritizing sorts how operations are presented to the operators helping understand which to complete first.
Life Cycle Assessment
Natively integrates a bottom-up life-cycle assessment based on the workflow. Narratio includes a catalogue of life-cycle inventories for common manufacturing operations and materials.
