Change Management

Narratio integrates a change management tool to ensure that content referred to by the workflow is accurate and agreed-upon. Avoid rogue documents from becoming working references. Prior to releasing content (i.e., documents, procedures, or plans) Narratio provides the means to request sign-offs from relevant stakeholders.

In Narratio, the owner is responsible for pushing the change through. And once the sign-offs have been digitally and securely recorded, the content can be released in a unique revision.

Configuration Control Boards

Narratio collects changes and digital signatures in Configuration Control Boards (CCB), that works as a cross-functional group that reviews, prioritizes, and authorizes changes to controlled documents and systems. The CCB ensures each proposed change is assessed for impact, risk, and compliance, maintains baselines and revision history, and only approves modifications that preserve integrity, traceability, and stakeholder agreement prior to release.

Non-Conformances

When an operation does not go to plan, Narratio provides the means to raise a non-conformance. Assign a subject matter expert, or whoever might have an idea of addressing the non-conformance. The non-conformance is a formal means to set the workpiece aside to determine a concession, for example, whether to scrap or return to production under some restrictions if necessary.

HSE & Continuous Improvements

Use Narratio as an event log, idea suggestion, or health, safety, and environment ticketing system to record continuous improvements. Ensure that tickets are properly given an owner (and not forgotten), so that corrective actions can be tracked and completed.
